Airport Transfers

The easiest way to get from Cancun Airport to Casa Buena Suerte is with an airport shuttle service.

Many of our guests like to rent a car while visiting but the rental process can be difficult and time-consuming at the airport. There are van shuttle services available with drivers who will greet you at the airport with a sign and help you start your trip in a hassle-free fashion. If you  wish to use the service for day trips, they can do that as well. Rental cars and taxis are always available in Tulum.

Car Rentals
Tulum has the usual car rental agencies – Hertz, Avis, and Alamo. We have found that Hertz is the most reliable. We suggest that you rent your car online through the Hertz website and make sure that you select Tulum as your agency. Once you are at the villa, our house manager will call the agency for you and ask them to deliver the cars to the house. They do not provide this as part of their service but Hugo has a way of getting it done and it makes for a more pleasant overall experience.

No parking worries at Casa Buena Suerte, there is enough parking for 5 cars.

Taxis
Taxis are always available. Just ask our staff to call a cab and they will be there usually within 15-20 minutes.
